The client we are recruiting for requires a knowledgeable Private Client lawyer with specific experience in wide-ranging matters to include:

*Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning
*Asset Preservation
*Wills
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Court of Protection Applications
*Advice for the Elderly
*Obtaining Probate
*Estate Administration.

The department prides itself on client communication. Naturally this area can sometimes be uncomfortable or a little upsetting for their clients, given this, their clear ethos is to work hard to put clients at ease by combining jargon-free language with genuine compassion. 

In this role you will be tasked with offering practical advice and expert knowledge on the full scope of Wills and Probate. You will identify the issues involved and provide premium customer service in an efficient and professional manner.

This firm has been established for many years and is based in the centre of Cannock. They have a stable and highly experienced management team and the firm has a clear direction, meaning that the opportunities on offer make excellent career moves. This role will report directly into the Head of Department/Partner.
