An award-winning, Lexcel-accredited law firm based in Bristol is currently looking for a paralegal to join their expanding property team.
This particular opportunity will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to work directly with a senior solicitor with over 35 years experience covering a mix of residential and commercial property matters.
Responsibilities will include:
*Assisting senior solicitors with a mix of residential and commercial property transactions;
*Preparing/reviewing leases, sub-leases, assignments, RDDs, licence for alterations;
*Negotiating commercial property leases through to completion;
*Handling freehold and leasehold purchases and sales;
*Assisting senior solicitors with overage and option agreements;
*Assisting senior solicitors with larger development work;
*Advising clients on residential property purchases, sales and remortgages.
The role will also allow you to gain experience from assisting other property solicitors in the team, both residential and commercial.
Ideally you will have some experience of running files but this is not an absolute requirement as training will be provided. Strong academics and a committed work ethic are required.
