Our renowned and highly regarding Coventry based client is currently looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to their thriving department.

The firm requires a capable and qualified fee earner to “hit the ground running”. 

Experienced lawyers (Legal Executives or Solicitors) who have gained experience managing the legalities of Commercial Property Transactions in either the commercial or public sector are welcomed to apply.

You will be commercially minded and will have exposure to the following areas:

*Advising on the sale and purchase of business premises.
*Acquiring, assigning and renewing business leases on behalf of clients.
*Negotiating licence agreements for businesses.
*Rent reviews and break clauses in commercial leases.
*Advising on planning laws and related commercial property development issues.
*Representing clients in possession proceedings.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have local knowledge of the surrounding area and contacts, and you must be willing to attend Business Networking Events.

The salary is negotiable and is naturally dependent upon your experience.
