Consult Legal Recruitment (CLR) has been instructed to work on the behalf of a family run firm of Solicitors based in Solihull, Birmingham.

The firm are looking to increase their conveyancing offering and are looking for a Lawyer with experience in both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.

The firm has operated in this area for more than 25 years and are experts in both the field of property law, and also the local property market. They have excellent links with all of the major estate agents. You will be tasked with looking after a residential and commercial caseload and will be encouraged to market the firms’ ability to manage commercial transactions on behalf of local businesses.

This firm is ideally situated just off the M42 and is located within a thriving town with a lot of commercial opportunity. The firm benefits from a broad client base covering many demographics and also sees a lot of repeat business. 

It is an idea, traditional firm and one that is committed to it’s growth. This would be an excellent opportunity for Lawyers with 1+ year PQE to develop within an encouraging, cohesive and stable environment.
