A Leeds based practice is looking to hire a Commercial Property Lawyer to compliment their expanding department.

This firm is a major player in 3 major cities and are rated as one of the leading law firms in the country by independent legal guides Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. Recruiting the best people is a major priority which ensures they can continue to deliver the highest quality legal service to their clients.

Typically, the caseload will include (but not limited to): Acquisitions and disposals, Granting and taking leases, Assigning and terminating leases, Lease management; including licenses and deeds of variation, Lease renewals, Lease variations (re-gears).
